Synergy Retail Support

elDRAW were asked to create a series of short videos to be used on the Synergy Retail Support website within designated service pages. Synergy are a Northampton based fulfilment company that manages e-commerce orders & returns primarily in the clothing sector.

Video Project requirements

• To produce a video to show the Picking Process, plus a suitable ‘hero’ video website banner.
• To produce a video to show the in-bound returns processing, again with an additional ‘hero’ video website banner.

Video Production Breakdown:

• Filming – 1 full day with gimbal operator
• Filmed on locations in Northampton, Northamptonshire
• Additional Still photography package
• 2 days post production
• Hero video banner creation
• Royalty free music track
• Delivery of files in mp4 format
• Optimised Youtube Channel Upload
