Product Videos – A Client Doing it Right

A short, professional video communicates the benefits of your products much more effectively than any ‘wall of text’ possibly could. Gorilla Safety Footwear knew that when they asked elDRAW Creative Media to produce a series of product videos to showcase their top-selling safety boots, and they’re using them in all the right ways to too!

Gorilla Safety Footwear sells the Rock Fall range of safety footwear which, not only feature high-end specifications, but the range is also as stylish as it is safe and the videos had to convey both of these aspects. Within these one minute videos, the viewer is initially exposed to company and product branding and sees a sharp, slick 360-degree tour of the boot, with key safety features highlighted. The brand and model name is then reinforced, followed by a call-to-action to visit

The videos themselves have been shared to an optimised YouTube channel which can be viewed here – This contains a company description, links to the website and social accounts and showcases the latest product videos. Each video title and description also contains relevant search phrases, as does the keyword section. The description also carries links to the product page where the boots can be purchased, as well as a link to join the company’s e-Newsletter list for 10% sales discount.

The videos have been embedded into their relevant product pages, into company email footers and the company is about to embark on a series of FaceBook and Google AdWords sponsorship to target the videos at very specific market segments, i.e. the very people who are more likely to buy the products.
